Townhouse renovation on the Upper East Side to receive a traditional hard coat stucco application on rear of building and rear courtyard walls. The CMU block walls by the elevator and underneath the ciruclar stair to have hand troweled three coat plaster for a durable, hard finish. Front elevation to receive cement build out to make elevation plumb, then to receive an aged limestone finish.
